GYROKINESIS® movement I

Friday: 5:30 pm

GYROKINESIS® movement is designed to expand your body, open your joints, improve your posture and awaken your spirit.  The exercise method is performed on a stool and a mat and the movement will leave you feeling calm, yet energized.
*Instructor approval required.

Gentle GYROKINESIS®

Friday: 11:15 am

Gentle GYROKINESIS® class is designed for most any client at any age or ability level. The Class explores moving through all ranges of motion safely and in a fun, nurturing way. Older adults can safely participate in well-designed and carefully supervised programs using the GYROTONIC® Method and GYROKINESIS® Method. Don’t let age keep you from moving with a sense of gracefulness, ease and joy!

Gentle Pilates with an emphasis for neurological conditions is a 50 minute small group class designed to make Pilates accessible to everyone. The class will be slow and safe in nature and will generally be geared to the older individual looking to obtain better posture, balance, and strength. There will be components specifically meant to address neurological deficits and maintaining neurological connections, this can be beneficial to everyone. This class will leave you feeling more connected and improve overall well-being.

Springboard 1

No Class Currently Scheduled. 

Springboard 1 is challenging enough for any experienced Pilates client at any level but geared for the client looking for a slower class with help setting up equipment. This class will combine Springboard and Mat with Props work.
*All equipment classes require instructor approval, an adequate number of private sessions to prepare the client for the class, and continued private sessions.
