ROI Yoga sessions are taught based on a variety of influences and styles. The most simplistic way to describe what origination’s of Yoga may be felt or experienced would be Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa.
Most ROI sessions will be built to develop a strong Vinyasa Flow practice, but may certainly not start out there and are not limited to that developmental path. ROI is known for providing good building blocks and education to prepare students for a faster or more challenging class. This is great for students new to Vinyasa practice who may have a harder time finding classes at a more beginning level elsewhere.
Private and semi-private Yoga sessions will be catered to the specific need of the student(s). All sessions will focus on improving breath, balance, flexibility, and strength. Hands on adjustments will be provided to help deepen the poses and enhance the experience.
Group Yoga classes will are offered based on class style and level and are available upon request.
