Yoga & Pilates Flow II
Wednesday: 8:30 am
This 50 minute class in for those experienced in Yoga. The class is based on a Vinyasa practice and incorporates core work from the Pilates method as well as cuing and technique instruction based on GYROKINESIS method.

Gentle Pilates is a 50 minute small group class designed to make Pilates accessible to everyone. The class will be slow and safe in nature and will generally be geared to the older individual looking to obtain better posture, balance, and strength. This class will leave you feeling more connected and improve overall well-being.
Saturday 8:30 am
Springboard 1 is challenging enough for any experienced Pilates client at any level but geared for the client looking for a slower class with help setting up equipment. This class will combine Springboard and Mat with Props work.
*All equipment classes require instructor approval, an adequate number of private sessions to prepare the client for the class, and continued private sessions.
